The Chris Kelly Show

Chris Kelly in the KBXL studioChris Kelly hosts "The Chris Kelly Show" on 94.1 FM KBXL "The Voice" from 3 to 4 pm Monday through Friday.

The news commentator, journalist, talk show host, and reporter who graduated from Boise High School, has a BA in History from UCLA. She was on her way to New York to join a theater group when she stopped off in Boise to make some money and see her parents. Her ability to carry on a friendly conversation with anyone, coupled with her natural inquisitiveness landed her a career in broadcast media.

Before joining Inspirational Family Radio, Chris hosted the morning show with Jon Duane on 580 and 630 KIDO News/Talk Radio for almost two decades. The popular and enduring "Jon and Chris" morning show has literally defined local talk radio in Idaho for advertisers and listeners alike. There has not been a political candidate, community leader or business newsmaker that has escaped her insightful questions.

Her true passion is working with Chapel Missions, which provides support and medical treatment for HIV/AIDS patients, families, orphans, lepers and the physically and mentally challenged. She was the subject of a feature magazine article in "Southwest Magazine" for her work overseas in India and Romania.

Chris says life couldn't be better:

This is my true life’s dream. The aim of the show is to uplift, edify and inform. We want to glorify Jesus Christ and let people know how they can serve and help others. God is love and we want to manifest that in everything we do.
