Such is the case for Sally Lloyd-Jones, author of “The Jesus Storybook Bible.” Sally recalls how her father sent her off to boarding school at the tender age of 8 with the words of Joshua 1, “Be strong and very courageous.” Though ill and terribly frightened at the time, Sally was sure that God was going ahead of her.
